Airtel Opens Customer Care Shop in Maralal

Airtel Kenya has inaugurated its latest customer care outlet in Maralal town, Samburu County, situated at Umbrella Mall. This establishment marks the company’s 67th customer care shop, extending its reach to 40 counties across Kenya, aiming to enhance accessibility and service quality.

Ashish Malhotra, Managing Director of Airtel Kenya, expressed satisfaction with the expansion, emphasizing the company’s commitment to improving customer experience and local engagement. The new shop, strategically located in Maralal, serves as a pivotal point for various services including SIM card services, Airtel Money, and device purchases.

Goldermier Opiyo, Customer Experience Director, highlighted the significance of this milestone, particularly in Samburu County, foreseeing both improved services and employment opportunities within the community. This expansion aligns with Airtel’s broader network enhancement strategy, ensuring optimal voice and mobile broadband data services.

Operating hours for the Maralal shop are from 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 6 pm on weekends.
