Dubai Racing Club [DRC] has partnered with Zoho Corporation as its exclusive technology partner for two years to enhance operations and elevate the club’s events. This will include the prestigious Dubai World Cup. The collaboration, announced at Meydan Racecourse, focuses on digitising key operations to deliver a seamless experience for visitors, participants, and staff.
Through Zoho One, the DRC will streamline operations such as ticketing, logistics, and customer relationship management [CRM]. This includes improved accessibility via web and mobile apps, streamlined accreditation processes, and enhanced guest and VIP stand management. An integrated analytics dashboard will provide real-time insights for performance tracking and operational optimisation.

The two-year partnership aims to position Meydan Racecourse as a leader in technological innovation. This sets new standards for event management in the equestrian industry. The next race meeting at Meydan is set for November 22, 2024.
