A recent internal survey conducted by global technology company Epson reveals that 93% of its employees express confidence in the company’s new direction. With 88% reporting a strong sense of well-being. The survey, involving over 320 professionals across the Middle East, Africa, and West Central Asia, comes after the company introduced “Purpose Month,” a global initiative aimed at strengthening the understanding of its corporate mission.
