Exabeam, a global cybersecurity company, has introduced Exabeam Nova. Its an advanced AI agent designed to help security teams respond to threats faster and more accurately. Unlike traditional AI tools that only collect and summarize data. Nova actively investigates security incidents, connects related attack signals, and classifies threats based on behavior. This reduces investigation time by more than 50% and boosts analyst productivity by up to 80%.
Nova is part of Exabeam’s New-Scale Security Operations Platform, a cloud-based system built to modernize security operations. It goes beyond chatbot-style AI by delivering smart, context-aware insights automatically—saving time and reducing analyst fatigue. Steve Wilson, Exabeam’s Chief Product Officer, said, “Security teams are tired of AI tools that require constant supervision. Nova takes real action to make their jobs easier.”
By combining behavioral analysis and advanced threat detection. Nova identifies whether a threat comes from a compromised user, a malicious insider, or an unknown source. This helps security teams act quickly and with more confidence.
Nova builds on Exabeam’s earlier AI tool, Copilot, but brings a much deeper level of automation and intelligence. It automatically creates detailed case summaries and cuts alert triage time in half. With this upgrade, Exabeam becomes the first security vendor to deliver a multi-agent AI experience, where specialized AI tools work together throughout the entire security workflow.
Exabeam CEO Chris O’Malley emphasized the company’s leadership in AI, stating, “We’re not just following trends we’re delivering practical, results-driven AI that changes how cybersecurity is done.” Customers are already seeing results. Bill Lucas from Mastronardi Produce shared that Nova saves his team significant time by handling routine tasks, allowing analysts to focus on critical threats.
Alongside Nova, Exabeam introduced other platform updates:
- True Identity: Merges multiple user or device identities for easier tracking.
- Custom REST API Collector: Allows users to add data sources quickly.
- Threat Intelligence Integration: Supports industry-standard feeds for better threat detection.
- Expanded Cloud Coverage: Now available in 10 global regions, including the UK.
Exabeam also enhanced its LogRhythm SIEM and NetMon tools, improving data visibility, integration, and deep network threat detection.
With these innovations, Exabeam is setting a new standard for smart, automated security operations.
