Exclusive Networks Africa has announced the departure of Anton Jacobsz, their long-serving managing director. Jacobsz, who will remain a shareholder and advisor, is stepping down three years after the company’s acquisition of Networks Unlimited in 2022, where he previously served as CEO and managing director.
Jacobsz expressed pride in the team’s achievements, highlighting a 160% revenue growth and a 230% increase in profitability since the acquisition. He praised the company’s growth and development into a leading cybersecurity distributor in Africa.
Jacobsz thanked his staff for their teamwork and friendship, describing Networks Unlimited as a significant part of his life. He assured that the business is in capable hands with the current management team.
While Jacobsz’s operational role concludes at the end of July 2024, he will assist with the transition process into the third quarter.
