Klak Launches Finance Automation Platform for SMBs

Klak, a leading B2B SaaS provider, has introduced an advanced cash flow management and finance automation platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses [SMBs] streamline financial operations. This solution tackles common B2B payment challenges, enhances financial visibility, and minimizes time spent on manual financial tasks.

Managing daily financial operations is often complex and time-consuming. Businesses struggle to track real-time cash positions across multiple banks, payment gateways, and accounting systems. Fragmented data from different financial platforms limits cash flow visibility. Tasks like bank reconciliation and month-end accounting become difficult and error-prone. Finance teams often spend hours manually reconciling transactions, increasing the risk of financial losses and audit failures.

Klak solves these problems with an all-in-one finance automation platform. It integrates with banks, accounting software [QuickBooks, Sage], enterprise resource planning [ERP] systems [Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo], and payment processors [Paystack, Flutterwave]. By centralizing financial data into a single dashboard, Klak offers real-time cash flow analysis, giving businesses a clear picture of their financial health.

ERP Add-on Automates Finance, Speeds Up Business

The platform acts as an ERP add-on, automating bank reconciliations and reducing processing time from days to minutes. Businesses can improve data accuracy, eliminate errors, and reduce financial inefficiencies. Klak also speeds up invoice collection, prevents late payments, automates reminders, and helps track debtors, improving working capital management.

“Our mission is to help African businesses thrive by providing tools that enhance efficiency and visibility,” said Seun Ayegbusi, CEO of Klak. “By automating key financial processes, we enable businesses to focus on growth instead of administrative burdens.”

Before founding Klak, Ayegbusi co-founded an insurtech startup focused on digitizing insurance operations. He teamed up with Charles Otieno, a fintech expert and former Engineering Manager at Cellulant, to create a solution tailored for African businesses.

Beyond direct SMB services, Klak has launched a Connector Program for accounting firms, financial consultants, and IT providers. This referral program rewards partners for promoting Klak to their clients.

“Our partnerships with accounting firms are central to our growth strategy,” added Ayegbusi. “Working with trusted financial advisors allows us to support more businesses in improving their financial health.”
