CMC Networks, a global service provider headquartered in South Africa and specializing in high-performance networking solutions across Africa and the Middle East, today announced a leadership transition. CEO Marisa Trisolino will be stepping down from her role, effective 9th May 2025.
Marisa joined the organization in 2018 and has since led the company through a transformative journey marked by strategic innovation, operational growth, and, most recently, its acquisition by center3, a wholly owned subsidiary of the stc Group. Under her leadership, CMC Networks has cemented its position as a leading force in Africa’s evolving telecoms space, known for its agility, customer-centricity, and strong regional presence.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Marisa has been instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture and driving the company’s long-term vision. Her leadership legacy will continue to resonate across the organization and industry at large.
