OPPO Kenya opened a new Experience Shop at The Hub Karen, adding another retail touchpoint in one of Nairobi’s busy lifestyle malls.
The store is the company’s 14th Experience Shop in Kenya and its eighth in Nairobi. It gives shoppers a place to see, test and compare OPPO Kenya devices before buying, while also offering accessories, product advice and after-sales support.

A New Retail Stop In Karen
The Hub Karen gives OPPO access to customers in a growing residential and shopping area. For many phone buyers, the decision is no longer made only online or through price lists. They want to hold the device, test the camera, ask questions and understand what they are paying for.
That is the role the new shop is expected to play. Customers can walk in, try the latest phones and get help from trained staff. The store will also offer repair and support services, which may be useful for customers who prefer direct help instead of going through third-party outlets.
What Shoppers Can Expect at the New OPPO Kenya Store
The opening comes shortly after OPPO introduced its latest phone range in Kenya. This includes the Reno 15 Series, the A6 Series and the Find N6 foldable smartphone.
The Reno 15 Series is positioned around mobile photography, with a 200MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The A6 Series focuses more on daily use, with large batteries and IP69 water resistance. The Find N6 brings OPPO’s foldable design, a Zero-Feel Crease display and Hasselblad-tuned cameras.
Fredrique Achieng, Public Relations Manager at OPPO Kenya, said the new shop is part of the company’s effort to bring its products and services closer to customers.
To mark the opening, shoppers visiting during the launch weekend will access product demonstrations, in-store activities, giveaways and opening offers.
