In a partnership, Kenya Breweries Limited’s premier beer brand, Tusker, is set to collaborate with telecommunications titan, Safaricom PLC, in a KES 30 million technology sponsorship aimed at elevating the experience at East Africa’s premier beer festival, OktobaFest. This collaboration signifies the union of two of Kenya’s most influential brands, striving to curate an unmatched festival experience. Safaricom, as the technology and payments partner, will pioneer innovations aimed at enhancing in-festival connectivity and digital payment solutions, primarily focusing on the youth and Gen Z demographics.

Safaricom, a trailblazer in powering digital lifestyles, particularly through its M-PESA platform, has been a monumental supporter of Kenyan communities, nurturing talents predominantly in music and sports.
