Samsung has launched its first-ever experience store in Meru, located at Greenwood City Mall. Dubbed Generations, the store marks a strategic step in Samsung’s mission to enhance technology penetration and provide access to premium smartphones across Kenya. This opening follows the establishment of nine other Samsung Experience Stores [SES] in the East African region.
The Generations store offers Meru residents the opportunity to explore and experience Samsung’s wide range of products firsthand. These include mobile devices such as the flagship Galaxy series, foldables, wearables, accessories, and home appliances. By bringing the full Galaxy ecosystem to Meru, Samsung aims to promote smart living and ensure that its customers enjoy cutting-edge technology.

Samsung’s expansion into Meru aligns with its broader strategy to grow its footprint in key markets. Currently holding a 31.7% share of the Kenyan smartphone market. Samsung expects the Generations store to significantly contribute to sales growth in the region.
