These seven models also make history as the first to receive the True Cinema Black certification. This celebrates the TVs’ superior local dimming performance. The True Cinema Black certification evaluates black levels in the Letterbox area of the screen. Using stringent guidelines from the Video Electronics Standards Association [VESA®] and footage from the American Society of Cinematographers [ASC].
