VFS Global will utilize the RAI Institute’s expertise in AI ethics and data privacy to develop secure, ethical AI solutions tailored to visa processing needs. This collaboration aims to enhance convenience for customers and ensure secure, responsible visa and citizen services worldwide, including in Kenya.
The company will develop its AI solutions in its Development Centres in Mumbai, Dubai, and Berlin, working closely with Client Governments to improve visa processing efficiency, security, and user experience. VFS Global maintains full ownership and control over these developments, adhering to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance.
