Zoho Celebrates 100 Million Users Milestone

Zoho Corporation, announced today that it has achieved a remarkable milestone of serving over 100 million users across its extensive suite of 55+ business applications. Zoho’s achievement in becoming the first self-funded Software as a Service [SaaS] company to attain this milestone underscores its extraordinary growth, following last year’s accomplishment of reaching an annual revenue of USD 1 billion.

Zoho’s journey towards this milestone has been characterized by unwavering dedication to providing accessible technology while ensuring sustainable expansion. From its humble beginnings with 1 million users in 2008, Zoho has steadily grown its user base to an astounding 100 million over 15 years, with the most recent 50 million users added in just the past five years. Zoho deeply appreciates the enduring support of its 700,000+ loyal customers spanning across more than 150 countries.

Following the successful completion of 13 Zoholics user conferences in the first half of the year, including Zoholics Kenya, Zoho is gearing up to host 18 Zoholics events across 16 countries in the next 8 weeks, totalling an impressive 31 user conferences in 27 countries for the year 2023. In Africa, Zoho is set to host Zoholics Egypt in October, while Zoholics Nigeria is scheduled for November. Notably, Zoholics South Africa took place in August, spanning across Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town. These events exemplify Zoho’s commitment to transnational localism, as the company believes in the value of proximity to customers in crafting meaningful and customer-centric solutions.
