Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, will participate as a bronze sponsor at International Telecoms Week – ITW Africa 2025, taking place from 9th –11th September at the Radisson Blu, Upper Hill, Nairobi. The event will gather connectivity and digital infrastructure players from across Africa.
At its booth, Vertiv will showcase modular, energy-efficient power and cooling systems, including its integrated rack, row, aisle, and modular data centres. A highlight will be the Vertiv™ SmartAisle, a pre-engineered solution combining power, cooling, and other key components to ensure reliable data centre performance.

Wojtek Piorko, Vertiv’s Managing Director for Africa, will also speak on the panel “Building a Sustainable Data Centre: Driving Operational Efficiencies”. The discussion will focus on eco-conscious strategies and innovations for modernising and building data centres that meet Africa’s growing digital needs.
“As digital transformation accelerates across Africa, reliable networks and efficient data centres are essential for connectivity and growth,” said Piorko. “ITW Africa provides a vital platform to engage with carriers, ISPs, hyperscalers, and data centre operators. We look forward to sharing how Vertiv is enabling the continent’s future-ready, sustainable infrastructure.”
