NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, today announced the appointment of Hani Nofal as Regional Head of Technology Solutions for the Middle East and Africa [MEA], effective May 1, 2025.
In this strategic leadership role, Nofal will be responsible for accelerating the growth of NTT DATA’s Technology Solutions business across the MEA region. He will work closely with regional teams to shape and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company’s global vision for innovation, client success, and digital transformation.

A respected technology executive with over 27 years of industry experience. Nofal brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong track record of driving growth and innovation. Prior to joining NTT DATA, he launched and led operations for Advance Solutions Corp. across EMEA. He also held key leadership roles at Gulf Business Machines [GBM]. As a General Manager – Head of Technology and Board Member of Coordinates ME. He helped define strategic direction and fostered critical partnerships. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Cisco Systems, 3Com, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Compaq.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Communication Engineering from the University of Jordan and completed Leadership and Sustainability Studies at MIT Professional Education.
