Moringa School has appointed Nikki Germany as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over 15 years of experience in the tech and education industries, Germany has held significant roles including Chief Growth Officer at Copia, Director of Operations at Bridge International Academies, and Industry Head at Google. Her expertise in strategic vision and leadership is well-recognized.
Sebastian McKinlay, Chair of the Moringa School Board, expressed enthusiasm about Germany’s appointment: “Nikki’s proven leadership in tech businesses and her zeal for education make her an invaluable asset as we enhance our tech training programs and make a positive impact on tech education,” he stated.
In her role, Germany will direct Moringa School’s strategy, aiming to broaden its courses to align with industry needs, establish key partnerships, innovate teaching practices, and promote sustainable growth within Kenya and beyond. “I am eager to work with Moringa School’s team to equip students for tech careers and contribute to the digital economy,” Germany said.
